Getting ready for the children's arrival!

The men are washing floors, African style! I bought a mop but it is leaning on the wall and no one wants to use it!

Mama Linda is helping with the move!

The front entrance, complete with plants!

The new kitchen and dinning room. We have a second table and chairs ordered and we should have it in a few days.

The new beds with new new mattresses and pillows...a bed for each one of the children.

Salma, the oldest girl at Karim, is loving her new colorful bed. She did not stop smiling from the time she drove up. She can not believe she has her very own bed and does not have to share with 2 other children any more!

Saumu excited about her new bed! The children arrived before we could get the sheets on the bed! They loved the colorful mattresses and pillows. They never had pillows before, let alone, pink, blue and yellow ones!

Salma is checking out the bathroom...showers, toilets and "a sink to wash our hands" Salma must have said thank you 100 times...every room she went in she was in awe!

When Hawa saw they had showers, she wanted to be the first to get in! And then to find out they had a bath towel too...look at her smile!

Yeeeaah...we did it! What a very long week but it was all worth it! Wish you could have all been here to see the children's faces! This is a day I will NEVER forget.
