Fun Days

Mwana, Hawa and Maggie having fun with ELLEN!!

Rehema is trying to blow out the candles on the birthday cake I bought her...little does she know the candles DO NOT blow out! She would blow them out and they would relight...she did this 20 times before I told her because the kids were having to much fun watching her do this.

Good Night'The kids are having fun at Rehemas's Birthday Party and putting the whip cream from the cake on their noses. I bought a birthday card and had all the kids sign it, bought a birthday cake and candles and, of course, some wine for Rehema and I. Did some singing and dancing to Black Eyed Peas 'Tonights going to be a Good !
My precious little 'Asani'. The only english he knows is 'Ma Linda'. (I wish the hair on my head would grow as fast as the hair on my legs)

Mwana and Maggie having fun with the Ellen hat and flag.

Hawa thought it was funny that we were having Christmas in May! I brought them all Christmas presents...santa books, new t-shirts and toothbrushes and we sang christmas songs and ate 'Vitumbua' African doughnuts that are sooo good!

Maggie is getting her head shaved here and Antonia is waiting her turn. All the children keep their heads shaved ...it is easier to keep clean and easy to get ready for school at 6am.

The newest addition to Karim Orphanage "Asani" He is 2 1/2 years old and has the cutest smile ever. I think I might bring him home...he would be a great playmate for my little Brody!

Me and Babu, his real name is Godfrey but for some reason we all call him Babu!

Antonia and Hawa having some fun and being silly with my hat.
